Apple in today's "Let Us Loop You In" event announced the launch of a 4 inch iPhone called the iPhone SE. Mainly targeted towards the developing countries where Apple wants to have a foothold against its competitors including Samsung, Sony, Motorola and HTC, the all new 4 inch iPhone SE Apple smartphone is priced at just $399 for an unlocked version. This price factor should really drive all the non Apple users including that of Android and Windows Phone to jump into Apple bandwagon.
This all new Apple iPhone SE comes in four different colors - Silver, Space Gray, Gold and Rose Gold.
The Apple iPhone SE comes in two storage capacities - 16 GB and 64 GB. The price of a 16GB Apple iPhone SE stands at $399 while that of a 64GB starts at $499. The unlocked Apple iPhone SE bears the model number A1662 and is said to be made available across the world starting from 22nd March 2016.
The Apple iPhoneSE also works with the GSM carriers across the world using nano SIM cards.
Although Apple did not explicitly specify the size of the RAM on its iPhone SE smartphone, it is believed going by its close resemblance to the specifications of the Apple iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, the RAM should be somewhere close to 2GB.
The Apple iPhone SE also contains an embedded NFC chipset, thereby ensuring support for the much touted Apple Pay that the other latest Apple iPhones support.
Apple iPhone SE also features a 12MP iSight Camera, built in Flash and support for 4K video recording.
Apple iPhone SE is marketed by Apple to be 3 times more faster than the iPhone 5s with support for 802.11 ac WiFi which includes WiFi calling support.
One of the most touted feature of this Apple iPhone SE is the always on Siri feature which would help people talking to their iPhone all the time.
Apple iPhone SE has a 64-bit A9 processor with an integrated M9 motion processor in it.
