The first cricket match of the ICC World Twenty 20 Cricket World Cup is kicking off today at 3 PM IST. The first ICC T20 World Cup Cricket match will be played between Zimbabwe Vs Hong Kong at the Vidharba Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur.

While Zimbabwe Cricket team, having quite veteran cricket players on its sides who have been playing international cricket matches for quite some time are already in quite good form. In the last two matches that the Zimbabwean Cricket Team had played against Bangladesh cricket team, they had managed to win both the matches at a comfortable lead of 31 runs and 18 runs respectively. This should already be giving the Zimbabwean Cricket Team quite a level of unprecedented confidence level for today's ICC World Cup Twenty 20 cricket match set for them against reasonably new comer into the cricket world - Hong Kong Cricket team.

On the other hand, the Hong Kong cricket team does not look so much in form with them having already lost the past four matches consecutively against Afghanistan, UAE, Oman and Scotland cricket teams in their last tournaments.

On the T20 ranking levels, the Zimbabwean cricket team stands at 13th rank compared to that of 14th rank by the Hong Kong cricket team. Zimbabwean cricket team had scored a total of 1190 T20 points against the Hong Kong cricket team's 793 T20 points.

As said earlier, this first of the upcoming World Cup T20 cricket tournament will be played in India at the Vidharba Cricket Association stadium located in Nagpur, Maharastra. This stadium has a seating capacity of 45,000 spectators. The match is scheduled to start at 3 PM IST time and would be a day/night cricket match. However, today being a Tuesday, there may not be as many cricket fans cheering for either Zimbabwean or the Hong Kong cricket team for their debut ICC World Cup T20 cricket tournament.

The tickets for this cricket match can still be purchased directly at the booking counters of the Vidharba Cricket Association stadium, Nagpur until the beginning of today's match that is scheduled to begin at 3 PM today (8th March 2016)
