First Method: Simple Cache clearing 

  1. Go to Settings >> Apps >> Select �All� 
  2. Scroll down from the list of All apps and select �Google Play Store� 
  3. Select �Clear Cache� and �Clear Data� 
  4. (optional) Go back to Settings >> Apps >> All >> Select �Google Service Framework� >> Clear Cache and Data� 
  5. Run Google Play Store, set it up and try to download your app or game. 

 Second Method: Removing/Re-adding Google account

This second method has been widely used to solve other popular Google Play Errors like RPC:S-5:AEC-0 and Android Error 963.
  1. Go to Settings >> Accounts >> Google 
  2. Select your primary Gmail account (that�s linked with Play Store) >> Press menu button on your device and Select �Remove account� 
  3. (optional Step) Go back to Settings >> Accounts >> Google >> Apps >> Select �Google Play Store�>> Clear Cache and Clear Data. (repeat this step to clear data for �Google service Framework�) 
  4. Again Go to Settings >> Accounts >> Google >>Select Add account >> Choose Google >> Existing >> Add back the Gmail account you removed in the second step 
  5. Open the Google Play Store and download your app or game
