There are a bunch of websites & utility portals providing this feature of converting online flash videos of youtube to mp3 format.Here are a few :

vidtomp3.com , http://www.video2mp3.net/ : Offer both standard & high quality conversion but are loaded with ads & pop-ups which at times are irritating.
youtube-mp3.org : Simple interface with no ads, preferable for noobs.
snipmp3.com : Simple interface but requires java to be installed on your PC.
